Artsakh President congratulates Armenia on 20th anniversary of independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan addressed a congratulatory letter to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in connection with the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.

“I cordially congratulate all Armenian people on this glorious day - the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.

It is indeed a nationwide holiday celebrated by Armenians worldwide. It’s a fulfillment of a century-long dream of the Armenian people, the nation of ancient history and millennial civilization, to build their statehood on their own land.

Our unity made it possible to win our independence. The duty of every Armenian in Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora is to take their best effort to perpetuate this victory by further strengthening the independent Armenian statehood so as to make our people’s victorious future possible,” the President stressed, Central Information Department of at Artsakh’s President’s Office reported.
