Armenian FM attends independence festivities in Gavar

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian visited the town of Gavar in the Gegharkunik province of Armenia, to attend celebrations dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Armenia's independence.

On behalf of the Armenian President and Prime Minister, the country's top diplomat handed over letters of commendation to healthcare, educational and cultural workers.

“During the 20 years of independence we gained a reputation of a reliable partner at the international arena and this is one of our best achievements. We must always rely on our own strengths,” Minister Nalbandian said, quoted by the ministerial press office.
