  Armenia must not exclude possibility of prevention blow on Azerbaijan September 23, 2011 - 15:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia must never exclude a possibility of prevention blow on Azerbaijan, a military expert said. “There is no value greater than lives of people in Armenia and Artsakh,” David Jamalyan said at a news conference in Yerevan. “In case of danger neither political nor military leadership will be guided by humane objectives. War is something far from humanity.” He also emphasized that of Azerbaijan ventures a new aggression, Armenia has the right to give a powerful response with all military resources in its possession. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
