  NKR President awards honorary workers of physical cultureSeptember 23, 2011 - 19:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 23, the President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to award the Nagorno Karabakh Republic honorary titles. The title of Honorary Worker of Physical Culture and Sports was conferred on Alexander Mirzoyan, chairman of the republican board of the “Artsakh” volunteer athletic organization for major contribution to the development of physical culture and sports. The title of Honorary Figure of Physical Culture and Sports was awarded to Serzhik Ghoukasyan, senior specialist of sports affairs of the Hadrout regional administration and Grigori Martirosyan, senior specialist of sports affairs of the Askeran regional administration, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
