CA State Assembly candidate to meet with Pasadena Armenian communitySeptember 28, 2011 - 15:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - State Assembly candidate and Pasadena City Councilman Chris Holden will meet with the local Armenian community on Thursday, September 29, in Altadena, CA. Holden, who has served as a councilman for 22 years, is a candidate for the state Assembly seat representing District 41. He will meet members of the community to address questions and concerns that they have. The event is being sponsored by the Armenian Community Coalition, Pasadena Star News reported. Chris Holden (b. July 19, 1960) has served as a member of the Pasadena City Council for the past 15 years, including briefly serving as mayor in the 1990's. Holden graduated from San Diego State University in 1982, with a bachelor's degree in business. He then ran for the Pasadena City Council but was not elected.
