Orinats Yerkir hasn’t yet discussed entering candidates in coalition list![]() September 29, 2011 - 16:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Orinats Yerkir coalition party hasn’t discussed submitting a unified candidates list with the coalition partners at oncoming parliamentary election, nor is the issue on agenda, the party’s deputy chairman said. At news conference in Yerevan, Mher Shahgeldyan positively assessed the party’s chances for parliament seats. However, the deputy chairman stated a certain drop in Orinats Yerkir ranking at 2008 presidential race occurred because “some misinterpreted the party’s actions”. After 2008 presidential election, Orinats Yerkir party leader Artur Baghdasaryan, third for a number of votes won, supported the candidacy of winning presidential hopeful Serzh Sargsyan. Later, Baghdasaryan was appointed as National Security Council Secretary. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
