ANC names its rally “National Civil Forum”October 3, 2011 - 13:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc has named its rally in Liberty Square a “National Civil Forum.” According to ANC press release, the forum will aim to discuss Armenia’s development policy and creation of a common development concept with the use of public potential. Besides, the Congress will hold daily discussions from 3pm to 6pm on the following topics: healthcare, foreign policy, ecology, education and science, culture, defense and economy.
