RPA: dialogue is not a process under compulsion![]() October 4, 2011 - 14:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group Galust Sahakyan has commented on the Armenian National Congress’s (ANC) decision to resume the dialogue with the authorities. “Dialogue is a constant process but not a process under compulsion. It’s not a toy,” Sahakyan told journalists in Yerevan. During the September 30 rally, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrossian announced the start of round-the-clock rallies and a sit-down strike in Liberty Square. He also said the Congress will resume talks with the ruling coalition. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
