According to Heritage party press service, Armenian delegation to PACE issued a statement, with 32 members of France, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, Malta and Andorra delegations to PACE undersigning it. “20 years ago, Karabakh fulfilled its right for self-determination, along with Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The last 3 countries have been CoE members for 10 years; though not affiliated with CoE, NKR implements its statehood-building policy in accordance with CoE mission and values.
