ARMENIA AND GREECE ARE STRATEGIC PARTNERS, STATES PREMIER ANDRANIK MARGARIAN

Armenia and Greece are strategic partners, stated today Armenian Premier Andranik Margarian at the meeting with the Head of the Headquarters of Greek Armed Forces, Manusos Parayudakis, as was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the Armenian Government.

Armenia and Greece have similar tasks and problems in the region and "in many respects the providing of regional stability depends on our close cooperation and joint efforts", said Margarian.

The premier noted that today Armenia and Greece are productively cooperating in military sphere, in particular, Armenian cadres are taking training courses in Greek military institutions. Margarian noted that the development of this kind of cooperation may promote the enlargement of military-industrious and economic bilateral cooperation.

The Head of the Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Greece, Manusos Parayudakis has arrived in Armenia for a 3-day visit on August 28. -0-
