Armenian official says professionalism can help solve army problems![]() October 21, 2011 - 15:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Everyone in Armenia is concerned about what is happening in the army, chairman of the Public Council at the RA Defense Ministry said. “The number of army deaths is decreasing year by year, however, the Armenian public is displeased, calling for drastic changes,” Gegham Harutyunyan said, adding that he is most of all concerned over the cases of suicide as result of violence and humiliation. Harutyunyan said he sees professionalism as a solution to army problems. “It’s easy to hold trainings for the personnel but it’s difficult to control human relations. One thing I know for sure is that army never avoided responsibility,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
