LEADER OF TERRORISTS NAIRI HUNANIAN GETS READY FOR THE TRIAL

PanARMENIAN.Net - 19.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Nairi Hunanian - the head of the terrorists who realized bloodshed in the Armenian Parliament on October 27, 1999, is seriously getting prepared to the trial, reports today "Haikakan Zhamanak" paper quoting sources in the Military Prosecutor's Office of Armenia.

According to the information of the paper, Nairi Hunanian turned to the Military Prosecutor's Office of Armenia with a request to present him the statistical data about emigration from Armenia for the last years, about unemployment, the social state, etc. But the most notable is that Nairi Hunanian wants to have at hand the UN convention about genocide, where a definition to the term "genocide" is given.

Most probably, the criminal wants to prove at the court that on October 27, 1999 he revenged for the genocide realized by the authorities against the Armenian nation, concludes the paper.
