As reported by "Mediamax" agency, Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian stated today in Stepanakert, at the same time pointing out some uncertainty that aroused in the negotiation process and not ruling out the possibility of involving "new elements" in it. "Our basis approach lies in finding a resolution not conflicting with Armenia's interests, not threatening Nagorno Karabakh's security and contributing to stability in the region".
