Serzh Sargsyan hopes for further activation of Armenia-Japan ties

PanARMENIAN.Net - A newly-appointed Japanese Ambassador to Armenia, Tikahito Harada (residence in Moscow) submitted his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

At the meeting, the President specifically noted recent activation of Armenia-Japan ties, expressing hope for the Ambassador’s contribution to their further strengthening.

The Ambassador, in turn, noted that the 20th anniversary of Armenia-Japan diplomatic relations will be celebrated in 2011, serving as an occasion to organize cultural and economic programs and events, presidential press service reported.
