Young Armenian chess players take good start at World Championship in Brazil

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian chess players took a good start at the World Youth Championship 2011 in Caldas Novas, Brazil, which brought together over 1000 participants from 72 countries.

Karen Grigoryan and Hovhannes Gabuzyan scored victories in U16 age category tournament to occupy the 1st and 5th places respectively.

In U18 age category, Samvel Ter-Sahakyan won his game while Robert Aghasaryan played in a draw.
