The personnel comprises 720,000 military and civilian members, out of which total military personnel: 666,576; civilian personnel: 53,424; generals/admirals: 365; officers: 39,975; non-commissioned officers: 95,824; gendarmerie specialists: 24,700   Top stories Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
