Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, head of the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President David Babayan, NKR permanent representative to USA and Canada Robert Avetisyan also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
