Baku fully responsible for Armenian and its own future losses

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan commented on the recent incidents at the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, when two Armenian soldiers were killed in sniper fire.

“The situation will remain tensed unless the conflict is settled,” he said, adding that tensions must not result in loss of life.

“Azerbaijan is fully responsible for the Armenian and its own future losses,” President Sargsyan emphasized. “Armenia, unlike Azerbaijan, values the lives if its soldiers and I am hopeful that we will prevent loss of life in future.”

In the morning of November 20, at 8.50 am local time, NKR defense army soldier Mihran Margaryan, born 1992 was killed over Azeri ceasefire violation, while on military duty.

19-year-old NKR defense army conscript Armen Simonyan was killed by a sniper shot during military duty on November 19, 8.40 am local time.
