OSCE MG will take Jacques Faure on visit to Artsakh![]() November 28, 2011 - 20:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Minsk Group co-chair refused to comment on tensions at the line of contact between Azerbaijan and Artsakh armed forces at news conference in Yerevan. When asked about any advice to his successor Jacques Faure, French co-chair Bernard Fassier characterized him as an experience diplomat who'll be able to perfectly handle the task. On Nov 29, the co-chairs will leave for Nagorno Karbakh Republic and cross the contact line to meet Azerbaijan President Nov 30. OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs for Karabakh settlement Igor Popov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France) and Robert Bradtke (U.S.) and the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk arrived in Yerevan Nov 29. Future French co-chair, currently Ambassador to Ukraine Jacques Faure, whose visit hasn’t been previously announced, accompanied the co-chairs. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
