A four-page blank proposes the nominees to express their opinion on the following issues particularly: the Armenian Genocide recognition, financial assistance to Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh, US assistance to Azerbaijan, Armenian economic blockade imposed by Turkey, Nagorno Karabakh's self-determination, Armenian and US Presidents' mutual visits as well as the participation of the US Armenians in the US State Management.
