GEORGIAN STATE TELEVISION TO TRANSMIT NEWS IN ARMENIAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first channel of the state Georgian television will transmit news in the Armenian language beginning with December 10. As reported by Arminfo agency, on the initiative of presidential contender Mikhail Sahakashvili, 15-minutes' newsbreaks will be transmitted on the first channel of the state Georgian television three times a week. Besides the Georgian news, Armenian-speaking audience will be given the opportunity to watch reports about Armenia and also Armenians living in Georgia. To note, an Azeri editorial office, which is to broadcast three times a week, will be as well formed.
