Expert: Middle East developments won’t affect post-soviet states

PanARMENIAN.Net - Developments in Middle East will not affect the territory of former Soviet Union, be it Azerbaijan or any other country, Director of the Oriental Studies Institute at Armenian National Academy of Sciences said.

“Currently there is no serious signal regarding the Arab revolution wave moving to post-soviet area,” Ruben Safrastyan said, noting that this does not imply intensification of struggle for human rights in Azerbaijan.
