Italy to strengthen ties with Armenian entrepreneurs![]() December 8, 2011 - 14:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Italian ambassador to Armenia expressed adherence to strengthening relations between the two countries. Commenting on his contributions to the development of bilateral ties in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Bruno Scapini noted, “aware of the challenges we’re facing in political, economical and cultural sectors, I feel a commitment to improve the degree of cooperation to the best of my possibilities.” “At present, I’m working on establishment of Armenian-Italian business association, which can be a basis for further cooperation in other fields as well, maybe exchange of youth, students, organization of seminars, collective events and fairs,” the ambassador noted. “I found businessmen in Italy that would like to join this initiative, which in itself symbolizes the existing excellent relations,” Mr Scapini said. Association formation activities will be launched in December, with the program to probably kick off in early 2012 ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
