PanARMENIAN.Net - Tying the 8th round game against David Howell of England, Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian retained the 5th place with 8 points at London Chess Classic.

Russia’s Vladimir Kramnik keeps the lead with 15 points after a win over Luke McShane (England). Norway’s Magnus Carlsen is the runner-up with 13 points. McShane and Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.) have 12 points each.

In the last round, Aronian will play against Kramnik.
