ROBERT KOCHARIAN TO NEGOTIATE IN BRUSSELS WITH LEADERSHIP OF NATO AND SEVERAL EUROPEAN STRUCTURES

PanARMENIAN.Net - December 2 Armenian President Robert Kocharian accompanied by the ministers of the foreign affairs, defense, commerce and economic development will leave for Brussels on formal visit. He is to meet with the NATO Secretary General George Robertson December 3. Meetings with Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Belgian parliament Herman De Croo, chairman of the European Commission Romano Prodi, Secretary General of the EU Council Javier Solana, Speaker of the European Parliament Pat Cox as well as with the special representative for the South Caucasian issues Heikki Talvitie are planned. R. Kocharian is also expected to meet with King of Belgium Albert II. Within the framework of the Armenian delegation's visit, an exhibition of the Armenian Esthetic Center will open in the European Parliament's building. Armenian leader is as well to meet with the representatives of the Armenian community of Belgium.
