  Nalbandian to attend BSEC Foreign Ministers Council meeting December 15, 2011 - 17:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 16, Armenian Foreign Minster Edward Nalbandian will visit Moscow. According to the RA MFA press office, Minister Nalbandian will attend a meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Foreign Ministers Council.
