Status quo in Karabakh conflict advantageous for Baku – Armenian MP

PanARMENIAN.Net - The process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will continue to be peaceful, according to an Armenian member of parliament.

“Armenian authorities, however, should remain vigilant since “from time to time Azerbaijan ventures into provocations, reminding us that the conflict has been merely frozen”, the head of standing parliamentary committee on financial-credit and budgetary affairs, Gagik Minasyan said.

He mentioned that persistence of the status quo is more advantageous for Azerbaijan.

“In case of changes, Azerbaijan will have to face realities that have been carefully hidden from the public by the Aliyev regime.”
