Lavrov, Clinton reportedly discuss situation in N. Korea

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton had a phone conversation, according to ITAR-TASS. The details are not made public but the top diplomats apparently focused on the situation in North Korea, after the death of Kim Jong-Il.
