Yerevan to host ecological Christmas trees contestDecember 21, 2011 - 14:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On the sidelines of Winter Festival 2011, Yerevan's Lovers Park will host a contest of ecological Christmas trees, made from processed materials. As Kanachastan NGO director Tigran Tchorokhyan told a news conference in Yerevan, the contest winner will be awarded with a stay for 2 at Dilijan Paradise Hotel. The winning Christmas tree will be selected through joint jury and public vote. Lovers Part will also host classes for children, who'll be taught to make Christmas tree decorations from processed materials. To provide maximum comfort, the classes will be held in heated tents.
