OSCE MG co-chair deems Madrid Principles as major accomplishment December 21, 2011 - 21:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Minsk Group outgoing French co-chair Bernard Fassier noted Madrid principles as the main achievement of OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries. Bernard Fassier added that apparent progress was observed in negotiation process in 2009 when presidents of co-chair countries reiterated importance of conflict settlement on the basis of Madrid principles.
