To note, Armenia, Belarus, Kirghisia, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan serve on the CSTO. It should be also reminded that last Saturday Azeri MFA protested against the intention of Russia, one of the OSCE co-chairs, to form a new military grouping together with Armenia - one of the conflicting parties.
