PM: Armenia seeks to further strengthen ties with EU

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met the newly appointed head of the EU delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Traian Hristea.

At the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed hope for further development of relations with the EU, also praising implementation of National Program in Armenia.

The Ambassador, in turn, stressed EU interest in promoting reforms in Armenia.

Free trade agreement negotiations, visa regime facilitation, modernization of check-points were among issues on discussion agenda, governmental press service reported.
