He further explained boosting of the domestic tourism in December by Armenians’ preference to celebrate New Year in the countryside, despite high hotel prices. Meanwhile, head of the Association of Tour Operators of Armenia Marine Kpryan attributed the small number of those wishing to celebrate winter holidays abroad to lack of advertisement and New Year celebration program.
