Armenian officials receive diplomatic degrees

PanARMENIAN.Net - By the decree of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, a number of high-level officials have been granted the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary.

They are as follows: head of External Relations Department of the president’s office Artak Apitonian, acting head of Public Protocol Service agency Vardan Asoyan, envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary of Armenia’s Embassy in Iran Garnik Badalyan, Ambassador of Armenia to Turkmenistan Vladimir Badalyan and head of Armenia's mission to NATO Armen Yedigaryan.

First Division For Bilateral Relations of European Department of MFA Anahit Tovmasyan, Armenian Embassy's envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary to Iraq Ruben Kharazyan, Armenian Ambassador to India Ara Hakobyan, FM Advisor Armen Ghevondyan, Armenian Ambassador to Georgia Hovhannes Manukyan also received the aforesaid diplomatic decree, governmental press-service reported.
