Baku hampers investigation of contact line incidentsJanuary 16, 2012 - 16:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan repeatedly avoids implementation of agreements on investigating incidents at contact line, according to Armenian Foreign Minister. In this context Edward Nalbandian cited Azerbaijan’s threats to veto OSCE Minsk Group’s proposal to include expenses for investigation of contact line casualties in 2012 budget. The Minister further voiced hope for OSCE MG to shape mechanisms for more effective achievement of the goals set, with no progress noted yet in the process of investigating incidents at the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces.
