  Artsakh President discusses Karabakh issue with OSCE rep. January 16, 2012 - 20:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 16, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. Issues related to the current situation and recent developments at the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces were on discussion agenda, Central Information Department at NKR President's Office reported.
