No ceasefire violation fixed during OSCE monitoring of contact line

PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 17, in accordance with the previously agreement with Nagorno Karabakh authorities, the OSCE Mission held monitoring of the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, near the NKR Martuni region’s Kuropatkino village.

From NKR Defense Army positions, the monitoring group, headed by personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, comprised Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary) and Marius Puodziunas (Lithuania).

From the opposite side, the monitoring group comprised Coordinator of the OSCE Office Imre Palatinus (Hungary), Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Chisto Christov (Bulgaria) and William Prior (Great Britain).

The monitoring was conducted in compliance with the agreed schedule with no ceasefire violation observed.

From Karabakh side, the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of NKR Foreign Affairs and Defense Ministries, NKR MFA Press Service
