Roger Karoutchi urged for justice in penalizing Armenian Genocide denial on the same scale with Holocaust negation. “With both Genocide and Holocaust recognized by France, it’s unclear why Genocide denial is not to be penalized while Holocaust negation is,” the Senator said, noting that the historians cannot assume responsibility for the choices the politicians are entitled to make.
