BAKU AUTHORITIES FORBADE ACTION OF PROTEST AGAINST ARMENIAN DELEGATION PARTICIPATION IN BSECO SITTINGOctober 31, 2003 - 18:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku authorities have not yet sanctioned the picket of the Organization for Karabakh Liberation (OKL) protesting against the participation of the Armenian delegation in the sitting of the foreign ministers of the member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization being held in the Azerbaijani capital city. Meanwhile, as OKL chairman Akif Nagi told Echo Baku newspaper, the party activists will anyway picket the hotel where the Armenian delegation is staying.
