Artsakh President attends Karintak battle anniversary event![]() January 26, 2012 - 14:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 26, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Shushi region to attend а solemn event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of heroic battle in the village of Karintak. “The defense of Karintak, being among the first and fundamental victories, has a unique place in the history of Artsakh national liberation struggle. This battle proved that patriotism, faith and dedication are able to defeat the overwhelming enemy odds,” President Sahakyan said.
