Armenian, Latvian FMs discuss strengthening of cooperation![]() January 26, 2012 - 15:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In the framework of Armenian Foreign Minister’s visit to Baltic states, Edward Nalbandian met with his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkevics in Riga. The Ministers discussed deepening of bilateral ties and strengthening of cooperation in the framework of international organizations. Discussion of Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution was also in focus of the meeting. Dwelling on regional issues, Armenian FM reaffirmed Armenia’s adherence to peaceful settlement of Iran nuclear issue. Meeting with deputy of Latvian Saeima Solvita Aboltiņa was also on Minister Nalbandian’s visit agenda, RA MFA reported. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
