  ICRC representatives visit Armenian captives in Azerbaijan January 26, 2012 - 15:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited three Armenian prisoners of war and five civilians in Azerbaijani captivity, according to news.az. The ICRC representatives delivered four letters to the captives and received three letters and three messages from them, a spokesperson for the ICRC Delegation in Azerbaijan, Shahla Gahramanova, said.
