In its course an agreement was reached on expediency of dividing the border being delimited into 4 segments. The parties agreed to work out their own versions of outlining the state border line and present them at the next session to be held in Tbilisi in December.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
