  Putin’s presidency will be short-lived, expert says February 7, 2012 - 12:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The deputy chairman of Russian Academy for Geopolitical Issues is confident PM Vladimir Putin will be “appointed” as Russian president, with the authorities making sure he wins the first round race. According to Araik Sargsyan, anti-Putin rallies is a clear sign of a revolution in Russia. “Russia brought up a new generation unafraid to face the truth,” the expert said, forecasting a short-lived presidency for Putin.
