Mubarak, 83, showed up in court lying on a gurney, and was briefed by judge Ahmed Refaat on the proceedings of the session he missed on Tuesday, reported the semi-official newspaper Al Ahram. Mubarak, who has been held at a military hospital on the outskirts of Cairo since August, is usually transferred by helicopter to the Police Academy, where the trial is taking place.
