AZERBAIJAN EXPECTS ACTIVATION OF KARABAKH TALKS AFTER PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

PanARMENIAN.Net - After the presidential election in Azerbaijan the negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh settlement will activate. As reported by "Interfax" agency, chief of the department of foreign relations of the president's administration Novrus Mamedov stated yesterday. "Azerbaijan is ready to any possible compromises not violating the territorial integrity of the republic," he said. Meetings of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia with co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will soon be held in Switzerland, N. Mamedov noted. "One should not overrate the importance of the meeting, as the determinative decision on the conflict settlement can only be achieved at a meeting of heads of the states," he said.
