ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT LEADER TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETING OF SPEAKERS OF "CAUCASIAN FOUR"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Within the framework of an official visit to Russia chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia Artur Baghdasarian will participate in meeting of heads of parliaments of the countries of "the Caucasian four" - Armenia, Russia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, the Armenian speaker told journalists. He also noted that within the framework of the South Caucasian initiative a meeting with participation of delegations of the three South Caucasian republics would be held in Scotland in October. In the course of the meeting issues, referring to regional conflicts, will be discussed. "The Armenian parliament will contribute to enlargement of cooperation within such formats. Specifically, the National Assembly positively evaluates the "3+3" format proposed by Lithuania, which includes the three Baltic states and the three Transcaucasian countries," the speaker stated.
