RUSSIAN PRESIDENT CONGRATULATED ARMENIAN LEADER INDEPENDENCE DAY

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian president Vladimir Putin sent a congratulation letter to Armenian leader Robert Kocharian on occasion of the Independence Day. The letter particularly says: "The people of Armenia made choice for building a jural democratic state. Today it can be proud of the results achieved on this path. Russia highly appreciates the traditions of friendship tested by time. I am sure that expansion of multifaceted and mutually beneficial cooperation will contribute to the further development of Armenian-Russian strategic partnership and consolidation of stability in the South Caucasus."
