CASES OF TYPHUS FIXED IN MEGHRI ARMENIAN TOWN

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to official sources, several cases of typhus have been fixed in the southern Armenian town of Meghri. Due to the data provided by Armenian ministry of public health, the diagnosis of 6 patients is confirmed at present. However, according to informal data, over dozen Meghri residents have already turned to Yerevan hospitals. An operative staff for control over the situation was opened in Meghri. Preventing measures are being undertaken as well as strict control was established at the station for water cleansing.
