Ossetia![]() February 10, 2012 - 22:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Joao Soares, OSCE PA President Emeritus and Special Representative for South Caucasus expressed concern regarding reports of a law enforcement raid on the Tskinvali headquarters of Alla Dzhioyeva, former education minister and former opposition candidate, which left Dzhioyeva hospitalized with injuries, OSCE press service reported. “I call on the relevant authorities in the region of South Ossetia to respect the rule of law and human rights. This incident clearly needs to be properly investigated,” said Soares “after all, the outcome of democratic elections is to be decided by the voters.” Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
